ON-SITE JOB STANDARDS

Pre-Job Assessment (Every Jobsite)

  1. Clock in when you arrive at the jobsite
  2. Re-read all jobsite notes, daily instructions, and task notes before touching anything
  3. Walk the entire property to assess scope BEFORE beginning any work
  4. Take “Before” photos of every task area and document in LMN
  5. Confirm you have all necessary tools and materials before starting

During Service

  • Maintain high-quality standards throughout all work
  • Keep truck doors closed and locked at all times — theft prevention
  • Deploy safety cones on narrow streets or hills
  • Engage the emergency brake when parked on hills; turn the wheel to prevent rollback
  • Never place power tools or gas containers on customer lawns or out of sight
  • Do not throw tools — handle all equipment with care at all times
  • Document arrival/departure times and bucket usage in LMN
  • Report any issues or extra work requests to your crew lead or the office immediately — do not make decisions on your own

Post-Job — Before Leaving the Property

  • Complete a final walkthrough of the entire property
  • Confirm all assigned tasks are finished to standard
  • Return all tools to the truck
  • Take “After” photos and document in LMN
  • Keep the truck bed clean and organized before driving away

⚠️ Safety Reminders

Common safety rules on every job:

  • Wear all required PPE on every job
  • Never work in extreme heat without breaks and water
  • Never disable equipment guards — grounds for immediate termination
  • Keep work areas clear of trip hazards

END OF DAY

Return to Shop — Wrap-Up Checklist

  • Return ALL tools to the designated shed, including any project-specific tools
  • Empty truck trash into the shed; dispose of remaining trash at a gas station or grocery store
  • Ensure your time is properly accounted for and submit your timesheet in LMN
  • Confirm the day in the WhatsApp group chat for timesheet review

Closing the Shop

Complete every step below in order before leaving the property. Do not skip steps.

Step 1 — Secure the Garage (Last Person Out)

  • Ensure Ford F550 and Ford F350 are parked inside the shop
  • Close the garage door fully
  • Pull the lever on the left side toward you (to the left) to lock it
  • Close and lock the safety box — both top and bottom
  • Turn off the lights ONLY after the garage door is confirmed fully closed

Step 2 — Lock All Doors

  • Lock every interior and exterior door — pull the handle after locking to confirm
  • Double-check the bottom door specifically — physically test it, do not assume
  • Return the mudroom door key to the lockbox and reset the combination numbers
  • Try the lever on the lockbox to confirm it is actually locked

Step 3 — Lock the Front Gate & Outside Shed

  • Lock the outside shed and give the chain a hard yank to verify it is secure
  • Gate lock — pull it firmly toward you to set it, then lock and yank to confirm
  • Chain must be as tight as possible — no gaps a person could slide through

Step 4 — Set the Gate Wheel Brake

  • Engage the brake on the gate wheel before walking away

Step 5 — Send Close-Out Photo to Work Chat

📷 Required Every Night — No Exceptions

  • Take a clear photo of the locked gate.
  • Send it to the WhatsApp Work Chat so the team can arm the security system.
  • DO NOT leave the property until the photo has been sent and confirmed received.
